Spectrum Youth and Family Services is a community-based social service agency committed to working with Vermont youth and families to improve their lives through advocacy, direct service, and a continuum of support in order to work toward a more just and compassionate community.

We accomplish this mission by:

• Providing comprehensive, integrated services that serve the needs our communities' youth and families.
• Meeting them, in partnership, at the threshold of possibility and change.
• Assisting young people to access resources for meeting basic needs including shelter, health, safety, education and employment.
• Supporting individuals and families in making safe transitions in their lives.
• Embracing and enhancing diversity and equity within our agency and in the community.
• Participating in the development of a non-violent community.
