Transition-aged youth need unique care in times of crisis. Trauma-informed care should include additional understanding and tactics when teens and transition-aged youth present. My name is Teegan Deuso and I am a school counselor in Enosburg Falls. I worked for a few years as an SAP counselor as well and try to advocate strongly for help for students you mentioned above. I know Spectrum is opening a center in St Albans, about 25 minutes from us. I would love to talk to you or another staff member about ways to better support students at the school based level.
