Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance & Custodian to support the daily upkeep and basic maintenance of our facilities across multiple locations. This role plays an important part in creating welcoming, functional environments for youth, families, and staff.
The Building Maintenance & Custodian is responsible for daily and weekly cleaning, along with basic repairs and general upkeep, including light maintenance, moving small furniture, and coordinating with outside vendors as needed. This position works across several Burlington-area locations, with the potential for additional sites in the future.
This is a full time nonexempt position with an hour wage of $23.00 – $25.00 and is eligible for an excellent benefits package. To be considered for this position, please send a cover letter and resume by January 19, 2026.
