The Director of Operations will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership across the organization’s operational infrastructure, including facilities management, information technology, and administrative systems. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position ensures that Spectrum’s facilities, equipment, and technologies operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission to empower youth and families. The Director of Operations will supervise the Building Maintenance, Custodial, and Executive Administrative Assistant positions, and serve as the primary liaison for Spectrum’s contracted IT help desk and other key vendors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused leader who thrives on improving systems, optimizing resources, and supporting the essential work of our programs and staff.
