In this role, you’ll take the lead on all things communications—from managing social media and the website to writing compelling donor appeals and designing eye-catching materials. You’ll be the storyteller behind Spectrum’s mission, helping donors understand the impact of their support and making sure youth know what services are available to them. Whether it’s producing newsletters, coordinating press outreach, or developing program collateral, your work will bring our mission to life and help drive real change.
The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and editor, knows how to tailor a message for different audiences and platforms, and has experience with design tools, digital communications, and campaign management. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $55,000-$65,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
