Spectrum Youth & Family Services is seeking a Mentoring Associate to join our dedicated Mentoring team. In this role, you’ll help create and support meaningful mentoring relationships that empower youth to reach their full potential. This is a part time position consisting of 30 hours per week, paying $21.00 per hour, and eligible for an excellent benefits package. Availability between 3:00pm and 7:00pm is consistently necessary Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are frequently required for match activities and recruitment tasks.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Mentoring to deliver high-quality programming and provide direct support to mentors, mentees, and their parents or guardians. You’ll ensure every mentoring match has the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to thrive.
The Mentoring Associate also helps strengthen and grow the program by assisting with mentor recruitment, training, and community partnerships. You’ll play an important role in keeping the program aligned with the Elements of Effective Practice, the national gold standard in youth mentoring, and in meeting grant goals through data collection and ongoing program evaluation.
