Lauren Grant joined joining Spectrum Youth and Family Services as an intern at the Riverstone Counseling program in August 2020. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Social Work at the University of Vermont and looks forward to serving individuals in the Vermont community upon graduating.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Development from the State University of New York at Geneseo and currently works at a nonprofit agency in Vermont that supports youth and families. Prior to this, Lauren supported school-aged youth struggling with social, emotional and behavioral challenges in school settings as well as worked at a therapeutic afterschool program serving at-risk youth.
Originally from New York, Lauren enjoys spending her spare time exploring Vermont, discovering new shops and restaurants, and hanging out with her beloved cat, Samson.
