At Riverstone Counseling, our counselors offer ongoing support and therapeutic groups to teenagers and young adults.


Branching Out: A Coping Skills Group for Trauma

A welcoming space for individuals to engage and work on strengthening coping skills among a community of peers.

This group is for anyone ages 18 to 24. We will meet at 177 Pearl Street on Thursdays at 1pm.

LGBTQ+ Discussion Group

A place for LGBTQ+ people to discuss experience, history, and culture.

We meet each Friday at 1 PM at Spectrum’s Drop-In Center at 177 Pearl Street in Burlington. We welcome all youth who self-identify as queer, trans, or questioning.

This group is directed by YOU. Each week, we’ll discuss what you want to talk about, whether it’s mental health challenges, substance use, gender identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, or other topics.
