Our mission is to empower teenagers, young adults, and their families to make and sustain positive changes through prevention, intervention, and life skills services.

Ryane Severin
Clinician
Ryane joined the JOBS team as a clinician in October 2021. She has gained experience working with at-risk through Laraway Youth & Family Services, HowardCenter’s residential and crisis programs and as a DCF foster parent. She has also spent time working within Chittenden County schools as a clinician and Behavior Interventionist.
Ryane has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree is Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
She lives in Malletts Bay with her family and enjoys sailing, running, snowboarding and cooking.
