Lydia joined Spectrum in July 2022 as a counselor at Riverstone Counseling, where she works closely with adolescents and young adults. Lydia graduated from the UVM Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in May 2022. Prior to working at Spectrum, she interned as a counselor at Lamoille County Mental Health, where she provided individual and group counseling services for children and youth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College, and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Vermont. While completing her degree at UVM, she also participated in The Vermont Trauma, Resiliency, and Equity Education (VT-TREE) program.
In her free time, she enjoys running, reading novels, watercolor painting, and spending time with her beloved family pug, Oscar.
