In this role, you are an important part of the Drop-In’s community, you’ll help youth access food and shelter, achieve stability, take steps to heal from trauma, and accomplish their goals. Youth Coaches are expected to participate in regular and ongoing individual and group supervision to address program development needs, care coordination for youth, and professional development needs and goals. The shifts for this 24 hour a week position is 12:00 – 6:00 pm on Friday, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential.
