Ryan joined Spectrum in 2024 as the General Manager of Detail Works, where he ensures the business provides premium car detailing services, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Detail Works is a mission-driven car detailing business at Spectrum that offers training and advancement opportunities for youth who are homeless and at-risk.
Prior to joining Spectrum, Ryan worked for seventeen years as General Manager at a local restaurant. He led all aspects of the business, from operations and customer service to marketing and financial management. For the past nine years he has worked at the Howard Center and as a Program Manager, managing and supervising comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, trauma, and autism spectrum disorder. He holds a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP).
He grew up in Burlington and lives in Essex Junction with his son and partner. He enjoys watching football, basketball, and listening to music.
