Tanner Pratt, CPA (he/him)

Tanner Pratt is Head of Finance at Station A and a CPA. He is a strategic finance leader with significant experience guiding organizations through complex financial planning, operational scaling, and risk management. Previously, Tanner led Finance & Operations at Redpoint Global, where he oversaw global operations and drove cross‑functional initiatives. He began his career in public accounting. At the board table, he emphasizes strong governance and fiduciary oversight, audit and compliance, and mission‑aligned, long‑term financial strategy. Outside of work, he coaches baseball teams within the Central Vermont Little League system. He brings a data‑driven, risk‑aware perspective to Spectrum Youth.
