    This year at Spectrum’s Empty Bowl Dinner guests got to hear from Tian, a former Spectrum youth, who shared the story of her experience at Spectrum. Tian now lives on her own, has graduated from college, and is halfway through earning a master’s degree. Needless to say, she received a standing ovation!

  • Spectrum Pilots Direct Cash Transfer Program

    Ten youth facing homelessness or at immediate risk of homelessness have been selected to participate in Spectrum Youth and Family Services’ Direct Cash Transfer (DCT) pilot program. Each youth will receive a total of $30,000 over the course of the 18-month intervention to support progress toward securing housing and independence.

    Spectrum’s Direct Cash Transfer program is designed to empower youth by providing them with a stable cash flow to help them pursue housing, jobs, education — whatever they need.
