"Before coming to Spectrum, I constantly got wrapped up in my head with problems that never allowed me to reach my goals and I turned to drugs to cope. Spectrum counseling helped me to build skills to pull myself out of my issues and I am now successfully holding a job, moving into my own apartment, and can deal with new and unexpected situations without feeling held hostage by my emotions and drugs."
